/li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liSalary package: b€40,000 - €45,000 gross /b (commensurate with experience).
/li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pWe need a proactive leader with a solid understanding of the hospitality industry—someone who thrives in fast?paced environments, loves challenges, and is ready to embrace long?term professional growth.
/p ul liHospitality professional with a solid background and proven experience in key managerial roles such as General Manager or Operations Manager.
/li libGrowth mindset: /b Eager to step up, take full accountability for the venue's results, and aspire to take on greater responsibilities within our growing network.
/li libTravel flexibility: /b Ability and willingness to travel across our different Squares up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months for onboarding, training, and cross-location alignment.
/li liStrong leadership skills,



with experience overseeing large, diverse teams.
/li liFluent in bItalian and English /b (any other language is a plus).
/li liA problem solver with a hands?on approach—a manager who makes things happen.
/li liTech?savvy mindset—comfortable with digital tools, software, and IT systems to efficiently manage operations.
/li liA hostel/hybrid hospitality veteran or enthusiast.

/p h3What You'll Be Responsible For /h3 ul libOperational Excellence: /b Oversee and coordinate all Square teams—Kitchen, Bar/Reception, and Maintenance—to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding experience for both guests and staff.
/li libHeadquarters Alignment: /b Collaborate closely with the YellowSquare corporate office in Rome and all central departments (People, Finance, Creative, Innovation, and Vision) to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
/li libTeam Leadership: /b Act as the primary point of contact for employees—support, guide, and motivate your team while fostering an inclusive, safe, and dynamic work environment.
/li libPerformance Innovation: /b Implement strategic approaches to optimize overall performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
/li libCrisis Management: /b Handle critical situations calmly and effectively, managing difficult guest scenarios, resolving internal conflicts, or responding to unexpected emergencies.
/li libLocal Compliance: /b Ensure the Square operates smoothly and in full compliance with Italian regulations and local operational requirements.
