/p pJob Title: Customer Quality Engineer /p pReggio Emilia, ***** /p pItaly /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Position summary /h3 pWe're looking for a Customer Quality Engineer in Reggio Emilia.
This role involves managing customer complaints, delivering product excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
/p pCollaboration with cross-functional teams across the Organization will be part of your daily tasks to ensure tailored, fact-based, and timely responses.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage customer quality complaints end-to-end, from receipt to closure.
/li liAnalyze customer non-conformities and coordinate resolution using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
/li liColaborate to ensure production continuity by minimizing the impact of quality issues on volumes and deliveries.
/li liAct as the main point of contact for customers on quality topics, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
/li liCoordinate internal activities with technical departments (RD, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain) to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
/li liMonitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure formal closure of complaints within agreed timelines.
/li liMonitoring Customers IPM and PPM focusing on critical issues collaboranting in improvement plan definition and implementation to reducethem and maintain high level of customers trust /li /ul h3Main Opportunities And Challenges /h3 pOpportunity to work in a dynamic and multinational reality, with excellent career opportunities.
