We are looking for a
Legal Manager
who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff functions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Approximately >5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial law.
Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross?departmental relationships.
High?energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.
