p About the Team p As a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the EMEA region is one of the important regions for Dobot.
The EMEA sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the future of Dobot business success in EMEA.
The key function of this role is to create demand and achieve high win rate on repeat sales through sales development and application consulting work.
This role covers the Italy market.
/pp Responsibilities: /pulli Identify cobot application opportunities at end users.
/lili Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with end users and partners.
/lili Coordinate end user visits, make presentations, demonstrate products, support and share application insights.
/lili Achieve high repeat sales by ensuring first time end users or key accounts have successful deployments and satisfactory experience with Dobot/ partners.
/lili Handle all end users' enquiries/ leads.
/lili Co-create lead generation strategy with Regional Head and Marketing.
/lili Carry out events to educate the market on cobot applications and generate leads.
/lili Gather market intelligence and support with sales forecasting and other reporting materials.
/lili Record and maintain all info.
from customer meetings, leads, opportunities, activities etc.
/lili Coordinate and participate at bigger events (i.e. conferences, exhibitions).
/li /ulp Who we are looking for:
/pulli You probably come from a manufacturer or system integration company.
/lili Min. 3 years of experience in consulting and selling integrated robotic or industrial solutions to manufacturing customers.
/lili Technical knowledge of industrial automation related equipment or systems.
/lili Native-level Italian skills required and preferably at an advanced level in English.
/lili Good presentation, demonstration and illustration skills.
/lili Creative in generating leads and awareness in the market.
/lili Has good business acumen and sales development skills.
/lili Can alternate between hunting and farming.
/lili Goal and team-oriented, willing to work collectively with others to achieve, sales targets, business and personal goals.
/lili Expect min. 50% travel activity.
