You will work closely with colleagues across discovery, development and external partners.

/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, plan and execute laboratory experiments to support vaccine development project from early discovery to proof of concept in humans.
/liliDevelop, optimise and validate immunological assays.
/liliCollect, analyse and present scientific data clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
/liliWork with cross?functional teams and external partners to meet project timelines and deliverables.
/liliMaintain high standards for data integrity, documentation and laboratory safety.
/liliShare improvements and new methods to support team learning and process modernisation.
/liliDesign and perform immunological studies in animals (including in vivo...).
/li /ulh3Basic Qualifications Skills /h3ulliDegree in Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related life science field (Master's preferred) plus 2 years of lab experience.
/liliHands?on laboratory experience in cell biology, immunoassays or related techniques.
/liliExperience developing or running immunological assays and documenting / summarising and presenting experimental results.
/liliPractical knowledge of good laboratory practice, health and safety, and data integrity.
/liliExperience working in cross?functional teams and communicating scientific information clearly.
/liliProficiency in English (written and spoken).
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications Skills /h3ulliPhD or higher degree in immunology or a relevant life science discipline.
/liliPostdoctoral experience will be a plus.
/liliExperience with assay automation, imaging, or bioanalytical instrumentation.
/liliExperience in immunological data analysis (cellular and humoral immunity).
/liliExperience in developing and applying AI/ML methods to immunological assays.
/liliExperience with organoid models and/or in vivo models relevant to vaccine development.
/liliExperience performing exploratory immunological assays using human samples.
/liliExperience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry settings.
/liliKnowledge of process development concepts and Quality by Design principles.
/liliTrack record of contributing to scientific reports or peer?reviewed publications.

/li /ulpItalian Salary Range / Fascia retributiva in Italia: EUR 36,450 to EUR 60,750 The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role.
In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
