ppIn this role you lead the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the advancement of new treatments.
You collaborate across the Study Startup team, CROs, and Clinical Operations to optimize site activation timelines and maintain accurate documentation.
You will monitor site performance, address activation delays, and ensure eTMF quality.
This position offers the chance to impact trial timelines and improve SSU processes in a values-driven environment.
