ph3ENGINEERING DIRECTOR - ELECTRICAL ELECTROMECHANICAL SECTOR /h3pIn this role you lead the Engineering function for a multinational electromechanical components producer, shaping technical strategy, governance, and lifecycle processes.
You'll manage Engineering and RD teams, drive product development, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement across segments.
You will oversee budgets, resources, and certifications, while guiding cross-functional activity with a focus on safety and sustainability.
This position offers the opportunity to influence global engineering standards and contribute to strategic product roadmaps.
/pulligross annual salary 90,000 /liliMBO 15,000 /lilicompany car for mixed use /liliDefine and execute the Engineering strategy aligned with business objectives /liliLead Engineering and RD teams, ensuring required skills and priorities /liliMaintain and improve Engineering and Product Lifecycle processes, standards, tools, and best practices /liliMonitor application of processes across the organization, including Technical Support /liliManage Engineering budget, resources, capacity planning, KPIs, risks, and project priorities /liliLead product development, innovation roadmaps, validation, certification, industrialization, and lifecycle management /liliEnsure compliance with standards, regulations, environmental, safety,



and sustainability requirements /liliProvide governance over Engineering Services (reliability, FMEA, RAMS/EN*****, product safety, homologation, certification) /liliProvide governance over Technical Support activities (sales support, documentation alignment, drawings, FAI, coaching) /liliOversee product certification and technical compliance documentation, acting as signatory where required /liliDrive Intellectual Property strategy, patent portfolio, and continuous improvement /liliRepresent the company in technical and standardization committees /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field /liliStrong knowledge of electronic and electromechanical components and systems for industrial apps /liliExtensive leadership experience in Engineering, RD, or related functions with governance of Engineering Services and Technical Support /liliKnowledge of governance, product development, reliability, certification, lifecycle management, budgeting, capacity planning, and technical support /liliExperience with product safety, homologation, compliance documentation, and international standards in industrial or transportation sectors /liliExperience coordinating an international engineering network, including Best Cost Country centers /liliFluent written and spoken English /liliExperience working with different cultures and willingness to travel internationally /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
