The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, representing Fendi's values and commitment to luxury and excellence in all interactions.
/ppThe Showroom specialist will provide operational and administrative support during Fendi's upcoming buying campaigns, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
/ph3Job responsabilities /h3pbShowroom Preparation Presentation: /b /pulliSupervise the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an impeccable environment that reflects the brand's identity and luxury standards.
/liliSupport in the management of the setup and merchandising of the showroom prior to and during the buying campaign, ensuring all collections are presented according to Fendi's visual merchandising guidelines.
/liliMaintain the condition of the showroom throughout the campaign, including tidying, organizing, and ensuring all displays are immaculate.
/liliSecure a correct product training presentation, visual merchandising, and sample management.
/li /ulpbSample Management: /b /pulliEnsure that tagging and cataloging is well performed by the dressers.
/liliPrepare samples for client appointments and ensure their timely return and proper storage.
/liliGreet and assist clients and internal teams upon arrival, directing them as needed.
/liliAssist with order taking and data entry as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
/li /ulpbAdministrative Support: /b /pulliSupport in coordinating the contact with buyers, key accounts, retail and internal people to schedule buying appointments, meeting and assist them during the sales campaign.




/liliSupport in managing the organisation of activities with catering, models, receptionists, etc.
/liliAssist in planning, managing and monitoring the showroom's operating expense budget, ensuring preparation and control of purchase orders.
/liliMaintain a clear and organized workspace.
/li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliPrevious experience in a showroom, retail, or hospitality environment, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
/liliExceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
/liliProactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs.
/liliFluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
/liliA genuine passion for luxury fashion and the Fendi brand.
/liliImpeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
