ph3SENIOR PROPERTY AND LIABILITY UNDERWRITER /h3pIn this role, you will develop and execute the strategy for Property Liability risks in the Italian market, with strong ties to the Group.
You will support local strategy to help achieve Allianz Mid Corporate targets and act as contact for selected agents.
You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize underwriting processes, pricing and product development, and drive cross-selling.
You will shape underwriting discipline and governance, while collaborating with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other lines to deliver business goals.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a global insurer with a local market focus.
/pulliEnsure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines /liliSteer and control the portfolio at local level to drive financial targets /liliLiaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting life cycle performance /liliCollaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to execute marketing strategies including cross-selling /liliMaintain underwriting consistency and adhere to corporate guidelines, authority levels, governance,



and local regulatory framework /liliSupport development and implementation of new or modified products /liliSupport acquisition of new business and retention (including agent and broker negotiations) /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /liliMaster's degree in Engineering, Economics or Law /lili9-15 years of proven underwriting experience in Property (PD/BI and Theft and Liability) for corporate clients /liliPreference for multinational client experience /liliProven leadership skills /liliExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle /liliStrong pricing knowledge and market analysis capabilities /liliExperience in designing, developing, and implementing wordings; driving underwriting projects (ideally) /liliStrong communication and ability to work in an international organization /liliFluent in English (written and spoken) /liliData analytics /liliVery good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools /li /ulpIn this role, you will develop and execute the strategy for Property Liability risks in the Italian market, with strong ties to the Gr... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
