ph3Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) Job Description /h3pWe are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at the locations of a leading international retail client.
This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity.
Assignments will be allocated based on your geographic location and availability.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
/liliDiagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
/liliInstall and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
/liliPerform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.
/liliComplete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention.
/liliCollaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.
/liliStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi?Fi, and VPN.
/liliExperience with Cisco,
HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
/liliExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
/liliValid driver's license and willingness to travel.
/liliFluent in Italian.
/liliGood command of English (mandatory).
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.
/liliExperience providing IT support for retail stores or retail environments.
