ph3QHSE Specialist RSPP (f/m/nb) /h3pPurpose: Manages all Health, Environment, Safety, and Quality (HESQ) activities for the Fidenza site, acting as the legally responsible RSPP (D.Lgs. *******).
Ensures full compliance with Italian regulations (D.Lgs. ********, D.M. 3/9/21, D.Lgs. ********), client requirements, and ISO standards.
/ph3Core Responsibilities /h3ullibHealth Safety (D.Lgs. *******) /bulliMaintains and updates the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
/liliPlans, coordinates, and delivers mandatory worker OHS training.
/liliManages PPE procurement, distribution, and assignment records.
/liliInvestigates near?misses/accidents and coordinates INAIL reporting.
/li /ul /lilibSeveso Compliance Major Accident Prevention (D.Lgs. ********) /bulliManages and implements safety and environmental protocols in compliance with the Seveso Directive for major?accident hazards.
/liliDrafts, updates, and enforces the Major Accident Prevention Policy (SGS?PIR).
/liliInterfaces directly with relevant local authorities and control bodies for Seveso?related audits and inspections.
/li /ul /lilibContractor Site Safety /bulliDrafts interference risk assessments (DUVRI) and manages safety coordination for external contractors.
/liliInterfaces with the Medico Competente and Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS).
/li /ul /lilibFire Prevention Emergencies (D.M. 3/9/21) /bulliUpdates site Emergency and Evacuation Plans.
/liliConducts monthly compliance checks on firefighting systems and organizes periodic emergency drills.




/li /ul /lilibEnvironmental Management (D.Lgs. ********) /bulliManages site waste streams (rifiuti), selective collection, and hazardous substances.
/liliMonitors emissions and water discharge.
/liliInterfaces with environmental control bodies (e.g., ARPA).
/li /ul /lilibQuality ISO Systems /bulliMaintains prescriptive documentation for ISO****,*****, and*****.
/liliPlans and conducts internal audits (ISO*****) and supports third?party external certification audits.
/li /ul /li /ulh3Job Specifications Requirements /h3ullibEducation Certification /bulliTechnical/scientific degree or equivalent.
/liliMandatory RSPP certification modules completed (State?Region Agreement07/07/2016).
/liliISO internal auditor qualification is a strong plus.
/li /ul /lilibExperience /bulli3?5 years of experience in an OHS/HESQ/QHSE role, with mandatory knowledge of the Seveso regulation.
/liliPrevious experience working within Seveso?regulated environments or high?risk major?accident hazard plants, preferably within logistics or chemical storage warehouse environments, is highly preferred.
/li /ul /lilibSkills Languages /bulliAdvanced MS Office proficiency.
/liliFluent Italian and advanced?level English are both mandatory.
