/ph3Job Description /h3pwe are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist on a fixed-term contract to join our team at Rome Business School.
/ppThe selected candidate will ensure a smooth and high-quality student experience from the post-enrollment phase onward.
They will act as the main point of contact for students' non-academic needs, supporting both international and domestic students in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport students with on-boarding processes and student Journey /liliDeliver welcome and orientation activities /liliManage communications via email,



phone, and in person /liliCoordinate with external providers, including housing, relocation, and other student services /liliOrganize events and engagement activities in collaboration with other teams /liliIdentify and manage student benefits and partnerships /liliMonitor and support the student requests and provide regular reporting /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus /liliStrong communication and customer service skills /liliOrganized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach /liliAbility to work in a fast- paced, international environment /liliGood IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus /liliKnowledge of Rome and local services /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliStudent-centric mindset /liliSolution-oriented approach /liliTeam player /liliStrong problem-solving skills /liliHands-on, flexible, and proactive attitude /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
