ppIn this role you will own the end-to-end savings product, shaping strategy, pricing and delivery to drive growth.
You will work within an Agile squad to optimize the customer journey and ensure a competitive, compliant offering.
You'll translate business needs into IT requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impact.

/li liDefine and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitability /li liMonitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations /li liImprove the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels /li liTranslate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working /li liManage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations /li liSupport backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolution /li liContribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking /li liEnsure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements /li liCollaborate on global initiatives and share best practices /li li3+ years' experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services /li liStrong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus) /li liExperience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoring /li liData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liProactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure /li /ul pIn this role you will own the end-to-end savings product, shaping strategy, pricing and delivery to drive growth.
