Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you act as the technical authority for complex Data Center and multi-system integration opportunities, guiding the full RFQ-to-order cycle.
You translate customer specs into integrated, scalable solutions and coordinate with factories to ensure compliance and address deviations.
You own end-to-end solution architecture across electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital, and third-party systems, with a strong focus on performance and compatibility.
You join a cross-country team supporting strategic data center accounts and shaping innovative, high-impact technical strategies.

Capture and translate customer requirements into integrated technical solutions
Lead overall solution architecture across electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital, and third-party systems
Design standard architectures for key regional accounts
Develop competitive technical strategies to win complex opportunities
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and Schneider Electric standards
Identify and mitigate technical risks and interface challenges
Support customer workshops, proofs-of-concept, and solution validation
Define engineering effort and execution assumptions for delivery after award
Provide technical leadership to tendering, engineering, sales, and execution teams
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
Minimum xlwpduy 5 years of experience in solution engineering, technical leadership, system architecture, or customer projects
Proven track record designing and leading complex, multi-technology solutions with multiple stakeholders
Experience in international and matrix organizations; Data Center exposure preferred
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
