pManager / Team Leader /ppAs EMEA Accounting Manager, you lead and coach a hybrid finance team across the UK, Netherlands and Italy.
You own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes for all EMEA entities, delivering accurate statutory and management reports.
You'll drive process improvements to standardise and streamline workflows while maintaining high-quality accounts.
Your leadership stabilises the accounting function and supports change across a global CRO, with hands-on involvement when needed.
