ppAs Clinical QA Manager you ensure robust clinical trial compliance oversight at country and site levels using a risk-based approach.
You collaborate with country, regional and global stakeholders to safeguard patient safety, data integrity, and inspection readiness.
You'll shape quality assurance strategies, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions while developing the QA team and maintaining documented quality systems.
This role combines hands-on QA delivery with people leadership in a mission-driven scientific environment.

/liliDevelop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for clinical trial activities /liliConduct quality assessments and audits to verify regulatory compliance /liliCollaborate with project teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions /liliProvide guidance on QA policies, procedures, and best practices to staff /liliContribute to development and maintenance of quality management systems and documentation /liliCoordinate clinical quality assurance and compliance delivery and resolve issues; build team capability /liliBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (minimum 5+ years' QA experience in pharma/biotech/CRO) /liliMinimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industries /liliKnowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials (ICH-GCP, FDA regulations) /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective quality issue resolution /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
