In this role you will provide end?to?end oversight of multi?country RWE programs, ensuring alignment between evidence strategy, solution design, and high?quality country execution.

/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide oversight and governance across a portfolio of multi?country RWE programs /liliEnsure delivery excellence, including quality, timelines, and financial performance /liliSupport proposal development and delivery model definition across the sell–deliver lifecycle /liliProvide scientific and methodological leadership,
ensuring robust and fit?for?purpose evidence generation /liliEnable consistent application of the RWCO operating model and collaboration across global teams /li /ulh3Accountabilities /h3ulliAct as a senior escalation and decision?making point for complex projects /liliDrive risk management and issue resolution across programs /liliSupport commercial performance, including margin discipline and account growth /liliContribute to the scalability and continuous improvement of RWE delivery /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliExtensive experience in Real World Evidence, clinical research, or evidence strategy /liliProven track record in multi?country project delivery and oversight /liliStrong understanding of regulatory and HTA requirements /liliExperience in client?facing roles and proposal support /li /ulh3Skills Competencies /h3ulliStrong scientific and methodological expertise /liliAbility to operate in complex, matrixed environments /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliStrong commercial awareness and problem?solving capabilities /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pThe potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is *****,00 € - ,00 €.
