/p h3RESPONSABILITIES: /h3 ul liWork in close collaboration with a Project Manager or Sub-System Manager (SSM), /li liActs as the right hand of the Project Manager (PM) /li liensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when needed.
/li liserves as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
/li liTo be visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellence.
/li licommunicates efficiently at any level, adapting the communication to the audience both verbally and written.
/li liOwns the time management topic for their area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision-making and ensure the expected On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance of the project (tender, contract, or program execution), /li liResponsible to develop and maintain the project schedule (internal/external) for his area, /li liFacilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders.




/li liDefine tender preparation schedule and monitor until the submission of the tender, /li liDetail the tender schedule based on Reference Library, planning templates, gap analysis, Metier's commitments and tender strategy.
/li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liProject management or industrial background /li liIs used to work with internal processes: Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality and their interfaces... /li liProject scheduler experience or Project scheduling processes /li liMicrosoft Project, Primavera or other specific Planning Tools /li liBasic overall knowledge of railway products, and good knowledge of the Sub-System, /li liAgility to juggle with schedules simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals /li liRigorous, structured and sense of anticipation /li liGood Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker /li liCollaborative management /li liBe able to challenge the team and highly initiative taking in proposing solutions /li liComfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment /li /ul pLocation: Savigliano.
Travel to the Vado Ligure site may be required for Locomotive business.
