ppIn this role, you design and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM solutions to support Sales, Marketing, and Service.
You translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and drive process digitalization, system integration, and ongoing optimization of the digital ecosystem.
You work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and governance.
This position sits within a forward-looking group focused on sustainability, connectivity, and innovation in thermal comfort and energy solutions.

requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live /li liEnsure solution quality and reliability through testing and continuous improvement /li liAct as Dynamics 365 SME, promoting best practices and governance /li liCoordinate with external partners to ensure delivery quality and standards /li liBachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field /li li4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (Sales, Marketing, Service) /li liExperience digitizing and optimizing commercial/customer-facing processes /li liStrong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps) /li liKnowledge of integration patterns with SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Adobe Experience Manager /li liExperience with agile, product-oriented environments /li liFluent English; willingness to travel up to 25% /li liDynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
