ppIn this role, you will implement the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to raise efficiency, enrich the customer experience, and boost employee engagement.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to coordinate Kaizen events, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Your data analysis and lean expertise will guide teams to measurable gains in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

/p ul liImplement the PPI Business System to improve operations /li liCoordinate and run Kaizen events across functions /li liFacilitate process improvements and support a culture of operational excellence /li liAnalyze data to identify improvements and develop practical solutions /li liGuide teams in lean methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction /li liStrong expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement /li liAdvanced data analysis and root cause investigation /li liFacilitation of cross-functional teams and project management /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li liKnowledge of cGMP/GDP principles (preferred) /li liProven success in implementing sustainable process improvements /li liAbility to work across shifts to support initiatives /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
