OffertaBusiness ManagementPrepare internal management reports and presentations for Headquarter
Support portfolio management activities and business monitoring
Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Monitor and update pipeline information, call reports, and other business development records
Ensure accurate data analysis and record-keeping to support overall business monitoring
Collaborate with the General Manager on business management activities and ad hoc projects
Work closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and Business Managers to support business objectives
CoverageSupport Senior Bankers in the management of client portfolios
Assist in the preparation of pitch books
Support KYC processes and ongoing client due diligence activities
Act as an intermediary between Relationship Managers and Product Groups, developing a solid understanding of banking products and services
Collaborate closely with Senior Bankers in their day-to-day client coverage activities
Assist with broader strategic projects for the team and senior management
FinanceMonitor business performance and provide financial analyses to management(YTD and forecast Income vs budget)




Forecast future financial performance and contribute to planning activities
Support financial control processes and ensure the accuracy of data reported by Regional system and Regional control team
Competenze ed esperienzaFundamental knowledge of Corporate Banking
Understanding of lending products and financial analysis
Familiarity with legal and documentation aspects is considered an advantage
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications,particularly Excel,PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on xlwpduy approach and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
Positive, proactive, and curious attitude with strong interpersonal skills and high ethical standards
Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable, demonstrating initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Degree in Economics or a related field
