/p /brpPramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – Data Center to join our Project Engineering team within the Engineering Department.
/p /brpThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
/p /brpThis role requires strong project management capabilities, technical knowledge of battery energy storage solutions and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions including RD, Sales, Operations, and Customers.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliManage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers.
/li /brliServe as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution.
/li /brliDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
/li /brliLead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
/li /brliDevelop Project Management Plans and monitor the progress.
/li /brliEnsure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.




/li /brliPrepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.
/li /brliSupport the Sales and Business Development teams with technical input and feasibility assessments for new data center opportunities.
/li /brliContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution.
/li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
/li /brli5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.
/li /brliStrong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
/li /brliProven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects.
/li /brliExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
/li /brliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
/li /brliProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards).
/li /brliFluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
/li /brliWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.
