As the HR Business Partner for Amcor's Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi-country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity.
/p pYou will be part of a dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director EMEA, and will partner closely with senior business leaders including Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, Central Operations HR team, Plant General Managers, and HR Managers.

/p h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 h3Strategic HR Partnership /h3 pAct as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities.
Influence decisions, provide insights, and champion HR initiatives.
/p h3Supply Chain Capability Talent Development /h3 pLead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management,
succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
/p h3Change Engagement Leadership /h3 pDrive engagement and create positive energy across the organization.
Support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high?performing culture.
/p h3HR Operations Project Management /h3 pOversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday).
Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning.
