/p h3About the Role /h3 pAs an Asset Manager you will manage the maintenance of all the shop related equipment as welding machines and robots, milling machines and lathes, manipulators and other special machines.
You will coordinate a team of maintenance operators which will work on shift basis to assure workshop continuity.
You will lead the definition of the maintenance plan and adherence by leveraging internal and external capabilities and frame agreements.
You will report to the Site Leader and be located at Monfalcone, Italy.
You will manage a team of 8.
This is an on?site role.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide direct leadership to the team of maintenance operators; /li liReview Maintenance standard for shop equipment; /li liDefine the maintenance plan for the different equipment; /li liAssess critical spare parts availability and define related stock levels; /li liDefine investments needs to maintain and grow the workshop equipment at state?of?the?art level; /li liDefine skill matrix for maintenance operators to increase competencies in critical assets; /li liManage external specialized companies for critical assets /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering related field.
/li li8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety /li liExperience in TPM, 5S programs implementation /li liExecution leadership experience /li liCross?functional coordination.
/li liIntermediate English competency at B1 /li /ul pWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €59,000 to €75,100 per year.
