ph3Overview /h3pThe mission: As a bProject Leader /b your mission is leading projects with focus on developing new products and updating and/or modifying existing products within the "New Product Development" team of the Engineering Department.
The bProject Leader /b is responsible for the accuracy of data related to drawings, performance, costs and times; compliance of products with current regulations (environmental, safety, etc.); selection of the components from a technical and economic point of view; creation of BOM and technical dossier.
The PL is also responsible for collaboration with other departments and for assigning and follow-up of project team tasks.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3ul liFollowing new products development according to Atlas Copco "Concept to Product" (C-t-P) design guidelines and managing related activities.
/li liDesigning 3D/2D drawings and, when necessary, dealing with the creation of drawings specifications and the design of various phases.
/li liPlanning and supervising product development meetings.
/li liProviding support to Team Leader Labo during tests and in the preparation of reports during the prototype's tests, comparing the results with technical specifications.
/li liCreate and assign project tasks to the project team (cross-departmental projects and other departments' assigned employees included).
/li liFollow-up on project tasks completion.
/li liVerifying data accuracy related to estimated costs and feasibility.
/li liProviding technical support to production in the production launch phase of new products.
/li liCooperating with TI and engineering departments and their Project Leaders.
/li liCooperating with all other Local Corporate departments and their Project Leaders for activities related to project development across phases.




Ensure correct maintenance of the design, updating of drafting, BOM and related documentation.

/li liProven experience in engineering (min 3 years).
/li liUniversity Degree - Mechanical engineering or similar.
/li liItalian and English fluency.

/li liProblem solving and team working attitude.
/li liAbility to manage projects taking care of priorities and deadlines, being able to plan ahead.
