ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bRailway RAMS Engineer /b to join its office in bGenoa, Rome and Naples /b within the bElectronics and System Engineering /b Division.
/p h3Mission /h3 pThe RAMS Engineer focuses on contributing to the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of transportation systems.
You'll support in implementing RAMS processes, analyzing data, and supporting project stakeholders.
/p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liSupporting RAMS Process Management: /li liSupport the implementation and coordination of RAMS processes across project phases.
/li liEnsure adherence to relevant regulations and standards in developing RAMS deliverables.
/li liConducting Risk Analysis and Assessment: /li liContribute to conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards and safety risks.
/li liUtilize RAMS methodologies such as FMECA, event tree analysis, and fault tree analysis to assess risk impacts.
/li liManaging Documentation and Deliverables: /li liContribute to the development and review of key RAMS deliverables like safety plans and hazard logs.
/li liMaintain accurate documentation throughout project phases.
/li liCollaborating with Stakeholders: /li liWork closely with project teams, suppliers, operators, and relevant authorities.
/li liParticipate in safety-related meetings and coordinate safety efforts.
/li liTesting and Commissioning: /li liContribute to ensuring safety requirements are met during the testing and commissioning phases.
/li liReview and assess test plans to validate system reliability and safety.
/li liReporting and Communication: /li liProvide updates on RAMS activities to project managers and stakeholders.
/li liCommunicate safety-related issues and recommendations effectively.
/li /ul h3Education /h3 pbMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic/TLC Engineering /b /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBasic understanding of functional safety principles in engineering projects, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
/li liFamiliarity with basic railway industry regulations and safety standards.
/li liAwareness of safety processes outlined by relevant authorities, such as ERA and ANSFISA.
/li liBasic knowledge of RAMS analysis software, with a willingness to gain proficiency.
/li liFamiliar safety process and dealing with ISA, DeBo /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€***** and €***** /b and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
