Taylor Hopkinson | Powered By Brunel in Rome, Italy seeks a Land Contracts Specialist to manage land-related activities across Solar and BESS projects and support the full project lifecycle.
You will coordinate land agreements, monitor milestones and payments, negotiate with landowners, prepare required real estate documentation, and collaborate with Legal, BD, Engineering, Permitting, and Project Management teams. Requirement: fluent Italian and English; willingness to travel across Italy.
