Lead and support healthcare consulting engagements from assessment through implementation and impact measurement
Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and actionable recommendations
Perform patient pathway, operating room utilization, capacity management, and KPI analyses to support transformation initiatives
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with hospital leadership, clinicians,
and operational stakeholders
Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for management teams and clinical stakeholders
Manage multiple project workstreams while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of consulting experience within the healthcare sector, including support for public and private hospitals
Experience working with hospital leadership, including management teams, department heads, and clinical stakeholders
Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into operational or strategic recommendations
Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Professional proficiency in Italian and English
