As an
Innovation, Technology & Market Analysis Expert,
you will join the
Research, Development, and Technological Innovation
department . Specifically, within the Tech Open Innovation & Technology & Intellectual Property Valorization function, you will be responsible for technology assessment, competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends, and the valorization of portfolio technologies by managing complex projects. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, promoting synergies between companies, startups, universities, research centers, and industrial partners to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and support business growth through the management of complex innovation projects.
Key activities:
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and innovations with potential for industrial and commercial exploitation.
Analyze complex technological solutions, interpreting technical and scientific documentation to support strategic decision-making processes
Monitor technological trends, competitive landscapes, and market developments by conducting scouting and market intelligence activities.
Interact with companies, startups, research centers, and key industry players to identify new business and collaboration opportunities.
Contribute to the definition, negotiation, and finalization of partnership, licensing, and technology development agreements.
Manage multidisciplinary projects, coordinating internal and external activities and stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved
Required characteristics:
Degree preferably in STEM subjects
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in R&D;, Technology,



Project Development or Commercial fields
Good knowledge of the English language

We offer a gross annual salary starting from €45,000.

In the presence of particularly relevant professional experience and technical and transversal skills, the Company may evaluate an offer with an improved classification/RAL level.
