/p pstrongAbout the job: /strong /p ul liSupport the development of battery disconnect switches and power distribution modules through product hardware design and electronics modifications /li liCoordinate product development activities to ensure successful design and launch of new products /li liPrototype, simulate, and test designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams /li liSupport mechanical design engineers, product, quality and the procurement teams in the product modification activities /li liTranslate customer requirements into product specifications /li liDrive innovative technical solutions /li liManage global stakeholders, both internal and external /li /ul pstrongAbout you: /strong /p ul liBachelor's degree in Electronics,



Mechanical Engineering or related field /li li3-5 years of hands?on experience in hardware design and development /li liProficient in CAD tools, ideally Altium Designer /li liBackground in the automotive industry preferred; familiarity with IATF and ATEX standards is a plus /li liStrong communicator with excellent written and verbal Italian skills and fluent in English.
