ppIn this role you drive manufacturing quality and problem solving to safeguard product standards.
You will be the guardian of quality across operations, collaborating with Production, RD and Supply Chain to lift process maturity.
You'll lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions, while monitoring quality metrics to sustain customer satisfaction.

/p ul liLead the problem?solving process for manufacturing issues /li liImplement quality standards, procedures, and control systems /li liConduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify improvement areas /li liLead root cause analysis for non?conformities using 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA /li liDevelop, implement,



and monitor corrective and preventive actions /li liAnalyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen) /li liCollaborate with Production, RD, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues /li liEnsure processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality control /li liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma /li liStrong problem?solving skills and knowledge of statistical process control /li liKnowledge of product and process characteristics /li liDeep knowledge of ISO **** standards, quality systems and auditing techniques /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications /li liKnowledge of SAP /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is a plus /li liExcellent teamwork and communication skills /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
