As an
Integration & Support Intern
at Scalapay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and onboarding of our merchant partners, ensuring smooth processes that comply with our high standards as a regulated payment institution. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Tech, and Operations teams, you will gain valuable experience in the Dynamic World of BNPL.
Key Responsibilities
Work with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment systems on merchant platforms and instore.
Provide operational assistance pre- and post-integration, addressing queries and resolving issues as needed.
Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and suggest improvements to optimize processes.Analysis and monitoring of KPI,



orders flow and level of service.
You'll be Great for this Role if You:
Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Database);
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy;
A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn;
At least B2 level of English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with tech tools (jira) + Base of SQL
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure;
Great communication skills with a proven ability to work in teams and collaborate across different departments;
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
