Are you ready to make an impact?
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Consumer Goods & Retail Area.
This is a 6?month internship where you will support both Italian and international clients—mainly in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail industries—in designing and implementing their internal business processes.
Location
Missori, Milan
What will you do?
You will take part in Connect Planning projects, contributing to the planning and optimization of the global distribution of products across stores worldwide.
In this role:
You will learn to understand real business requirements and identify the most effective solutions to meet clients' goals.
You will develop a solid advisory consulting mindset as well as strong quantitative and decision?making skills.
You will join project meetings with clients and actively support discussions.
You will contribute to quantitative analyses and data?driven evaluations.
You will participate in business process reengineering activities, including functional analysis of retail processes.
You will support the creation of key project deliverables, such as target operating models, functional requirements, and evolutionary roadmaps.
You will be guided and mentored by senior professionals who will support your growth and learning.
Who are we looking for?
You have completed (or are about to complete) a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
You have a quantitative mindset and solid analytical capabilities.
You have good communication and teamwork skills.
You are able to communicate effectively in both Italian and English (other European languages are a plus).
You are interested in building a career within an international consulting firm, with strong motivation toward the Consumer Goods & Retail industry and a keen interest in Supply Chain Management and related digital solutions.
It's a plus if you also have:
Advanced proficiency in Excel
A strong interest in Digital Transformation
Genuine enthusiasm for the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sectors
