We are looking for the Store Manager for an important italian luxury clothing brand in Matelica Responsibilities As a Store Manager you will lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales revenue. Organize events. Conduct monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associates to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback. Oversee annual review process for all store employees and set annual employee goals.
