MSX in Torino, Italy is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Engineer Level 2 to deliver advanced diagnostics and expert guidance to dealer networks. You will collaborate with Level 1 support, Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to resolve escalations, shorten repair times, and improve first-time-fix rates.
You will diagnose complex vehicle issues using OEM tools (Diagbox, wiTECH), interpret wiring diagrams, guide workshops, develop technical communications, and contribute to knowledge base updates
