The Social Hub (B CorpTM) in Bologna seeks a Front Office Host who creates a welcoming first impression and lively lobby atmosphere. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins and bookings, and share local tips to enrich each stay.
You'll coordinate with housekeeping, F&B; and maintenance to ensure smooth service, while using PMS and kiosks to streamline operations. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
