The role includes checking manufacturing activities, inspecting mechanical components, verifying compliance with project specifications and international standards, and helping ensure quality throughout production.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInspect piping components and mechanical equipment during manufacturing and testing.
/li liCheck compliance with project specifications, technical documents, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and applicable international standards.
/li liMonitor manufacturing activities such as forging, casting, machining, assembly, coating, and testing.
/li liReview Material Test Certificates (MTCs), quality records, and manufacturing documents.
/li liReview dimensional checks, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
/li liSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and witness pressure tests.
/li liMonitor supplier quality performance and report non-conformities when needed.
/li liWork with clients, suppliers, and project teams to meet contractual and technical requirements.
/li liPrepare inspection reports and keep accurate quality records.
/li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul li4-6 year of experience in Oil Gas, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing.
/li liGood knowledge of international standards and codes, including:
/li liAPI /li liASTM /li liASME /li liNACE /li liISO /li /ul h3Good understanding of manufacturing processes, including: /h3 ul liForging /li liCasting /li liMachining /li liBasic knowledge of metallurgy and metallic materials.
/li /ul h3Ability to read and understand: /h3 ul liMechanical drawings /li liTechnical specifications /li liProject requirements /li /ul h3Experience with piping systems and components, including: /h3 ul liPipes /li liFlanges /li liStrainers /li /ul h3Good knowledge of industrial valves and related standards, including: /h3 ul liGate Valves /li liGlobe Valves /li liCheck Valves /li liBall Valves /li liButterfly Valves /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liGood knowledge of welding processes and inspection requirements.
/li liFamiliarity with welding procedures, WPS/PQR, and NDT activities.
/li liGood knowledge of coating and painting systems, including inspection requirements and industry standards.
/li liExperience with vendor inspections and supplier surveillance.
/li liRelevant inspection certifications are an advantage.

/li liJob classification level: Middle Managers requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 43,000.
/p ul liThe compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
