ppIn this role, you will lead Eurofins Environment Testing activities in Italy, shaping long-range goals and commercial strategies with Managing Directors.
You will drive growth in targeted market segments, improve profitability, and optimize the cost base through benchmarking and purchasing power.
You will also steer change management to boost performance and transparency, with regular MA activities as part of the scope.
You'll work across cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results, contributing to Eurofins' leadership in environmental testing.
