/p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a motivated and skilled App Developer to join our growing digital team.
This role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that support our connected solutions and enhance the user experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure applications aligned with business and customer needs.
bThis position offers a flexible hybrid setup within Europe, requiring periodic on-site collaboration and co-working sessions with the rest of the team, whether at our hub in Italy or other EU locations.
/b /p pThis role is responsible for developing and maintaining applications across mobile platforms, ensuring high performance, usability, and integration with backend and cloud-based systems.
The position requires active collaboration with internal stakeholders and contributes to end-to-end digital product development.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ulliDesign, develop, and maintain applications in accordance with defined technical and architectural standards.
/liliTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
/liliWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
/liliParticipate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with internal standards.
/liliTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments.
/liliCollaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, testers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
/liliSupport application deployment, maintenance,



and continuous improvement activities.
/liliEnsure applications meet security, performance, and data protection requirements.
/liliCollaborate with Cloud Platform and Firmware teams to develop end-to-end integrated solutions for our customer users.
/liliContribute to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to processes, tools, and technologies.
/liliStay up to date with relevant technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

/p h3Requirements /h3 ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) /liliStrong understanding of application architecture, APIs, and data integration /liliExperience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Figma or similar collaboration tools /liliProficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and cross-platform mobile development (iOS Android) /liliExperience with native iOS and Android development is an advantage /liliKnowledge of testing practices and quality assurance principles /liliUnderstanding of secure coding practices and basic cybersecurity principles /liliProven experience in application development in a professional software environment /liliExperience working with modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools /liliFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) /liliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /liliAttention to detail and focus on quality /liliAbility to understand and apply technical standards and guidelines /liliStrong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments /liliClear and effective communication /liliAdaptability in a dynamic and evolving technical environment /liliOwnership and accountability for delivered solutions /liliContinuous learning mindset /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
