/pp Job Overview /pp Your mission will be to ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Dealers within their assigned area for the Leapmotor brand /pp Your Responsibilities /pulli Organize regular meetings with the Dealership managers /lili Monitor monthly the evolution of the business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors' activities, etc.
/lili Analyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices, etc.
/lili Drive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy /lili Support Dealers in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness,
sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales Company /lili Grant consistency between the sell-in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock /lili Monitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actions; /lili Drive forward B2B PC activities of the Dealership /lili Monitor Quality KPI /lili Work with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event) /lili Drive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activities /lili Work with the Dealership in their operational marketing actions /lili Identify the Dealers' needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. to allow them to fully comply with the customer experience and Brand standards and to drive forward Dealership compliance with Simplified Operating Standards (S.O.S.) /li /ulp Your Qualifications, Skills Experience /pulli From 5 to 7 years' experience in a Sales role within the car manufacturer industry /lili University degree in a relevant field /lili Strong sales and analysis orientation /lili Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills /lili Energy, determination and stress management /lili Excellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel /lili Fluent in English and Italian (at least B2) /li /ulp Our Offer /pulli Salary range: from ***** € to ***** €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /lili Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
