/p pAs a Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of medical products and devices by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
You will monitor device usage and procedure activity, manage replenishment activities, perform inventory control processes, and support billing validation efforts.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure products are available where and when they are needed while contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills, support operational excellence initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of life-changing healthcare technologies.
/p h3Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: /h3 ul liMonitor the consumption of medical devices and track procedure activity to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability /li liPlace replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels and support business requirements /li liManage inventory levels,



investigate discrepancies, and support inventory optimization activities /li liPerform billing-related checks to ensure accurate transactions and compliance with established processes /li liConduct full and partial cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives /li liCoordinate the flow of goods, services, and information to support customer and operational requirements /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and drive process improvements /li /ul h3Required Knowledge and Experience: /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree with 2 year of relevant experience /li liExperience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related operational environment /li liExperience monitoring inventory levels, replenishment activities, and inventory control processes /li liExperience performing inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigating inventory discrepancies /li liExperience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or similar business systems /li liAbility to analyze operational and inventory data, perform billing-related checks, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders /li /ul h3Physical Job Requirements /h3 pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
