ppYou will lead financial reporting for group and statutory levels, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance while strengthening internal controls.
As a CFO partner, you'll drive accurate actuals, insightful analyses, and continuous process improvements to support sustainable growth.
You will coordinate the accounting team, oversee consolidation and audits, and ensure data integrity across regions.
This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on financial stewardship in a luxury manufacturing context.

intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities /liliLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities; support audit processes /liliLeverage SAP for transaction management, reporting, and data integrity /liliPartner with CFO on strategic accounting insights and ad-hoc analyses /liliLead consolidation processes and ensure compliance with Group requirements with strong internal controls /lili5-10 years of experience in financial controlling with strong accounting expertise /liliMaster's degree in Finance /liliProven knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP; consolidation accounting principles /liliStrong tax knowledge (Italian and international) and compliance experience /liliExperience with ERP (SAP S4) and analytics tools (Power BI); advanced Excel /liliAbility to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders /liliProactive and results-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities /liliFluent in English and Italian; French a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
