ppWe are looking for a talented Product Owner with strong project management skills to join our growing team in Milan and help shape the future of our flagship project, Colosseum, one of Europe's most powerful AI supercomputers, currently in development.
/p pDesigned to run our proprietary AI models at scale, it forms the compute backbone behind the intelligence we deliver to the world's most demanding industries.
/p pAs a Product owner, you will drive the delivery of AI-computing solutions for our clients across the full engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales through target increment and hypercare.
You will define and prioritize the product backlog, translate business needs into technical requirements, and own MVP definition and product increment deliverables.
Furthermore, you'll work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the success of the initiatives.
The Colosseum teams are deeply engaged in designing, deploying and operating supercomputers from the infrastructure all the way to the cloud stacks.
/p pThis role is ideal for a Product Owner who is comfortable operating in highly technical, infrastructure-heavy environments and who can engage credibly with both business stakeholders and deep engineering teams working on some of the most advanced computing systems available today.
/p h3What you Have /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and at least 2 years as a Product Owner — ideally in the same or overlapping roles.
/li liExperience in a PM/PO role with deploying and operating supercomputers at scale, including data center infrastructure - power and cooling.
/li liExperience in a PM/PO role with designing, deploying and operating AI cloud environments /li liGood knowledge of Artificial Intelligence,



Analytics and Business Intelligence /li liAbility to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements /li liExpertise in Agile methodologies and related tools such as Jira and Confluence /li liExpertise in Project management methodologies and related tools /li liProficiency in managing relationship with clients /li liSolid organizational and multitasking skills /li liExcellent writing and communication skills /li liFluent in Italian and English and eager to contribute in a multicultural and international environment.
