ppIn this role you will lead driveline projects from requirements to Start of Production, ensuring performance, cost, quality and reliability targets.
You will work with the Vehicle Chief Engineer, platform teams, and suppliers to translate vehicle needs into driveline technical targets.
You'll coordinate cross-functional engineering activities and guide technical reviews, supporting design-to-cost and industrialization efforts.
This is a global, collaborative role shaping high-impact driveline solutions for agriculture and construction applications.

open technical issues and risk mitigation actions /liliRepresent the DVL team in meetings with internal customers /liliTranslate customer/vehicle needs into driveline technical targets with feasibility feedback /liliPlan and coordinate engineering activities across architecture, simulation, mechanical design, hydraulics, electronics and software /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams to meet requirements, performance, and timing /liliSupport industrialization with manufacturing teams and supplier interactions /liliLead technical discussions with suppliers to align on drawings, design intent and validation plans /liliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background /liliFluent English (written and spoken) /liliKnowledge of 2D/3D CAD systems and Engineering BOM systems /liliExperience with manufacturing processes for transmission or driveline components /liliKnowledge of DFMEA, Design Review, Design to Cost and structured problem-solving methods /liliProven experience in technical project management /liliGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills /liliAbility to manage priorities, risks, and technical issues in a complex project environment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
