pTrilogy in Bologna seeks a Technical Support Engineer to tackle unsolved tickets by blending practical troubleshooting with AI-guided resolution.
You will analyze logs, review API behavior, and ensure accurate customer communications while mastering REST APIs, JSON, HTTP status codes, and CLI tools.
