/p h3Your Role /h3 pThe intern supports the deployment of Production System, Kuehne+Nagel's continuous improvement program, at our warehousing operation for an automotive customer.
Focus is the preparation of operational excellence standards and participation in continuous improvement and sustainability projects with the aim to build a Continuous Improvement culture.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the deployment of Operational Excellence Standards and lean methodology on site (5S, Visual Management, Continuous Improvement Boards, Stand-up meetings following SQCDEP methodology...)
/li liParticipate to continuous improvement projects to improve KPI / Productivity /li liSupport sustainability projects, i.e.: reduce plastic in operations /li liFollow and validate Cycle Time measurements of key processes /li liWork together with the site management team to define work in progress areas and consumables inventory management /li /ul pLogistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
