p Job responsibilities ulli Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.
/lili Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
/lili Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
/lili Compliance Grid Requirements: /lili Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards.
/lili Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.
/lili Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.
/lili Collaboration Leadership: /lili Work closely with engineering, operations, and RD teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
/li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical fiel3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EM /lili Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
/lili Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
