Primary person in charge of project implementation and process management
Be fully responsible for project planning and management, and supervise project members to carry out various tasks, and ensure the performance of the contract
Focus on controlling project progress (most importantly meet the level 1 plan), quality, safety, cost, risk and personnel deployment and recruitment for execution
Support BD team to assess the feasibility of the projects opportunities, pipelines (site visits may be required)
Monitor the status of Backlog (ready-to-build in 3-6 months) projects and be responsible to organise the team to finish the kick-off process as per company's rule, and initiate procurement requests to procurement team in Intranet OA
Be responsible for cash-flow management for the projects (preferably positive cash flow) and apply payment requests on Intranet OA
Support M&A; team of sales of the projects and EPC contract negotiations
Follow the company's QEHS rule,
cost management rule, schedule management rule and equipment and material management rule etc. and as well as comply local codes and standards
Cooperate with BD team to get the COD requirement documents
Be responsible for projects' acceptance (both internal and external) and warranty management
Make proper reports to HQ and Country's management. (such as daily and weekly report)
Skills And Qualifications Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus
More than 5 years of being a PM and 3 years in PV field, BESS is a plus
Know Italy EPC market well and familiar with international standards and best practices
Able to handle a few projects at the same time
Honest, fast learner, adaptable, passionate, and enthusiastic in work
