Your Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding our customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.
Manage the entire funnel for existing business: manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews, and perform upsells.
Work closely with customers to get their feedback,
ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company's product; you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers.
Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing), and share useful insights and ideas on defining our processes.
What You'll Bring
0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer?facing role.
Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
A constant learning mindset and eagerness to join a rapidly growing startup.
Optional but a premio: A law degree.
Proficiency in Italian and English.

Annual Salary Range: €30,000 - €40,000 OTE
