Experteer Overview In this role you will plan and drive banqueting events at the hotel, promoting the banqueting services to achieve F&B; revenue targets. You will manage leads from initial inquiry to event completion and coordinate closely with sales leadership to meet budgeted goals. You will gather event details, ensure client needs are met, and oversee operational aspects during events. This position emphasizes building long-term client relationships and smooth service delivery in a luxury hospitality setting.

Manage leads from inquiry to event completion and coordinate with suppliers and clients
Prepare tailored proposals and ensure timely handover for service delivery
Support day-to-day banqueting operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with clients,



agencies, and key stakeholders
Oversee event setup and presence during events to uphold brand image
Report on banqueting performance and market trends to leadership
Attend sales strategy meetings and contribute to weekly plans
Responsabilità 2 years of experience in the Sales department with demonstrated career progression
Proven sales results and an established client database
University degree
Fluency in Italian (mother tongue) and English; another foreign language preferred
Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet
Opera knowledge
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
